The National Library of Australia holds aural recordings of interviews conducted with Lyn Reinke. She was interviewed by:

  • Mark Schuster & Maria Zann in August 1996, [1], "Graham Reinke and Lyn Reinke of Coalbank (Qld) talk about their dance music - played on button accordion and banjo-mandolin respectively. They talk about their musical influences, dance players and country/old time dances in the Haden district of the Darling Downs."

They learnt some of their tunes from Kretschmer's Orchestra from Goombungee -- "A Queensland Selection", Vol 1, compiled by Maria Zann, collected by Mark Schuster, Pioneer Performer Series, 1992, p36.
