The collection contains 40 tape recordings of folk music, folklore and reminiscences. The performers and interviewees lived in Broken Hill, Menindee, Narrandera, Wagga Wagga, Young, Boorowa, Crookwell, Binalong, Bingara, Bungendore and Sofala.
