N:There are several variants of this schottische collected in Australia. John Meredith 
N:collected a version from John Warn of Crooked Corner who learned it from his great 
N:grandfather Bill Edwards. Meredith referred to the tune as a variant of the 'Crabby 
N:Face Schottische', (see FSA Vol 2, p 63) which he had first heard from Vince Holland, 
N:of Mudgee, in the 1950s. Vince had learned it from his father Fred.
N:Chris Sullivan & Mark Rummery collected a version from Charlie Batchelor
N:who learned it from George Parkins.
