H:From the playing of Les Brown, An Aboriginal fiddler from Tasmania. Recorded in the 1960's. The Brown Boys band played an eclectic mix of old time, trad and country around Tasmania for years. This tune has been found in other districts as well. We don't know where it comes from. They played it for their Uncle Alfie or Affie wanted to tap dance.  Greg O'Leary, September 2024
